Wellness coaches at Kinisi work with you to make changes to better your health and well-being in order to reduce your risk for disease. As part of your coaching you will:

  • Discuss barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals
  • Figure out how you can work to achieve goals in a realistic way
  • Discover ways to make lifelong changes that you have found difficult to do on your own

Your Kinisi wellness coach will work with you and other specialists to create a plan to fit your lifestyle and build long-term success for you. You can expect one-on-one coaching, as well as follow-up phone calls from your Kinisi coach.
