What is your approach to patient care?

I believe that everyone on the care team needs to work together, with the patient at the center. When everyone is working toward a common goal, things get accomplished. I believe change all starts with the patient believing they can change—you have to believe in yourself first.

I was drawn here for my job and being able to pursue my passion for athletic training and cardiac rehabilitation. Since moving, I’ve fallen in love with the beautiful scenery and being outdoors.

About Jamie

Hi, my name is Jamie Rohm and I’m originally from the area graduating from St. Croix Falls High School in 2010. From there I attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth and graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s in applied science and became a certified and licensed athletic trainer. I wanted to continue learning in a collegiate setting so I accepted an internship at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where I was able to further my education and skills in my profession. After I completed the internship I was lucky enough to gain employment here at SCRMC in July of 2015 and grow even further in my profession with obtaining my Health Coach Certification. Currently I am a coach for SCRMC’s weight loss program, Ideal Protein, and am the athletic trainer at both Webster and Siren High Schools. I’ve really found myself to naturally be passionate about all things health and wellness and everything that plays a role in what it means to each and every one of us individually. That being said I’m so happy to be a part of the SCRMC organization and the Kinisi Institute of Movement as we all strive for the best care for YOU personally and constantly work toward holistic health for our community all together.
